Help us crack the case during a murder mystery weekend at the Franklin Victorian Bed and Breakfast Inn located in Sparta, Wisconsin.
We offer many different themes of Murder Mystery packages (see below) as an extra feature of a night's stay at this elegant bed and breakfast. No, we don't actually kill somebody. It's our Murder Mystery Weekends where guests participate in solving a fictional murder. You've always wanted to find out "who dun it", so come and find out...and don't be too surprised if it's you! A Murder Mystery Weekend Package can accommodate couples or groups from 6 to 8 people. We will provide you with a character dossier and attire suggestions for your part. There are NO lines to remember. Festivities begin around 6:30 p.m. The activities last about 2.5 to 3.5 hours. Guests can book themselves into one of our already scheduled weekends for the 2009 season, OR pick your own dates anytime and provide your own group for any available weekend during January through May season.

Friday & Saturday Murder Mystery
Connect with a group of your friends, family, or get to know and enjoy the company of new friends by joining together with other guests of the inn for the evening. If you're interested in planning a murder mystery weekend, give us a call at 888-594-FVBB. Come spend a Friday and Saturday night with us, your friendly hostess will guide you through the game. As the game starts, you will receive your script and clues. Prove your innocence and solve the mystery in fun and laughter. Come as a couple or gather your friends (or associates in crime as it were!). Our murder mystery weekend includes two nights' accommodations, full breakfast each morning, individual Murder Mystery packets, and a 4-course Murder Mystery dinner served Saturday evening-- salad, soup, and entrée of Italian, wine, & dessert. Gather your friends, dress your part, and get set for a fantasy getaway you'll never forget! We will top off the evening with the solution to the mystery.
About two weeks prior to your mystery, you will receive your character information and costume suggestions in the mail.

Murder Mystery Cancellation Policy:
ONE MONTH prior to arrival: Full refund. Less than one month prior to arrival: No refund. We will be pleased to provide you with a non-refundable gift certificate, good for another visit and subject to availability. No shows and early checkouts are subject to full charge. In making your reservation, you are agreeing to our policy.
For private murder mystery groups, we require a half payment of the total stay when the reservation is made.
